LIVING WATERS' MISSION STATEMENT

1.  Purpose:  Living Waters Church exists to glorify God and advance His Kingdom.

• Matthew 28:19 Therefore go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

2.  Mission:  To teach and direct people toward instruction, purification, and unification in the work of the ministry. 

• Ephesians 4:12 for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.

3.  Assignment:  Our conviction is to build an Apostolic Church using the fivefold ministry model to assist people in discovering their graces, motivational gifts, talents and abilities for the edification of the body of Christ.

• Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

4.  Strategy:  Our strategy is to find the lost, mend the brokenhearted, train the believer, and send the leader. 

• Luke 4:18 The spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.
